Every entry should be supported by verifiable organisational evidence such as treasury reports, dashboards, audited or management-approved financial reports, bank records, board papers, project documentation, ERP/TMS screenshots and independent attestations.

The judging architecture is designed to reward demonstrable outcomes: stronger liquidity, lower funding cost, improved forecasting, controlled risk, efficient processes, stronger governance and measurable contribution to enterprise value.

Evidence & Submission Standard

Build an entry the judges can verify.

All nominations should contain relevant financial reports and evidence covering 1 January to 31 December 2025.

Use source documents

Prioritise approved treasury reports, audited/management reports, TMS/ERP outputs, bank records, board papers and project documentation.

Quantify the outcome

State the baseline, intervention, time period and resulting financial or operational improvement using comparable metrics.

Make evidence traceable

Label attachments clearly and cross-reference supporting evidence to each claim in the entry narrative.

Protect confidential data

Redact personal account details, passwords, authentication credentials and information not required to validate the award claim.

Authorise the entry

Include an appropriate CFO, Finance Director or authorised management endorsement where the category requires it.

06

Be verification-ready

ACTN judges may request additional documentation, clarification or independent confirmation before final adjudication.
